Long Time Since I Posted

A TON has gone on in the past few months. Brayden is getting so big and is going through the terrible two's too early. He has started pointing and say "No-No!". The crazy thing is that he smiles the whole time, because he knows that merely saying "No-No!" is a "No-No!" He got his first big boy haircut. His hair was so long that it was curling in the back. He has really started to talk. He is so funny and makes me laugh all the time. What a joy! Here is a video of him laughing:

We sold our house and are in the process of building which is taking FOREVERRRRRRR. In the meantime, we are living with my mother-n-law. This has been a major adjustment, but things are going great considering all things.

Unkie Mike & Unkie Dustin came over to visit tonight. We had such a good time. Brayden thinks they are too funny. We just wish that Aunt Megan & Uncle Chad could be here too along with Ju Ju and Uncle Mark.

Brayden and Caris were born 4 months apart. Brayden just loves Caris and watches her every move. She just is not interested though. She does her own thing. They are starting to play together a little though, and it is too cute! Last weekend, Brayden and Caris were playing in the pack and play. Everything was going good until Brayden reached over and pulled
Caris' hair. What am I going to do with this boy?!?

Pulling Up Already!

I walked into Brayden's room yesterday, and he was trying to pull up in his bed. After several attempts, he got it! Here is a picture of him. He was so proud of himself.

Brayden is CRAZY about his daddy. Most nights, he goes to sleep in his Daddy's arms. How blessed we are. Ben is such a wonderful husband & father. I love him more each day!

It's Me This Time

Hey everyone! I have had many of you tell me that you have been keeping up with us through the blog that Megan has been working on. (Thanks, Megan!) So, I am finally writing my first blog. We are all doing great! Brayden started daycare two weeks ago which was a big hurdle. He did not know what to think about his Mama leaving him with these new people. They take great care of him! It is so hard to think that he is 7 months old. He is crawling all over the place and pulling up on his bed. Before we know it he will be walking....Time is just flying by!

Ben is doing good. He is still selling insurance. He really enjoys it and really relates with the people he works with. We are easing into hunting season, and he has been busy planting fields and shopping for new and improved hunting stuff. They have been dove hunting the past several weekends and will soon start bow season. He has also been really busy at the farm.

I am also doing great. Being a mom is great! People tell you all these things on how it will be.."it will change your life," "things will never be the same," "you will wonder what you did with your time." Wow! How true it all is! Well, I will post a few pictures with some details. I do not know how it is going to work out since this is my first time. We shall see.
